By blending advanced rehab with targeted exercise, we empower people with PD—and their care partners—to stay strong, active, and independent. Our cutting-edge programming can slow, even reverse, disease progression—adding years of vibrant living. Since our inception in 2010, we have also trained 12,000+ professionals worldwide to expand access to Parkinson's-specific care. Administrative Coordinator Level 1 The Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary front-facing representative of the organization, providing professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable support to clients, care partners, and visitors. The Administrative Coordinator is an excellent communicator responsible for managing daily administrative operations, including client intake, scheduling, and records management, while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and organizational processes. The Administrative Coordinator supports all programs, actively demonstrates the organization's mission and values, and plays a critical role in creating a supportive and welcoming environment. Primary Job Duties Deliver exceptional customer service Serve as engaging and welcoming customer service liaison Provide compassionate and enthusiastic overview of services to potential clients Monitor and respond to all phone, email, and web inquiries in a timely fashion Maintain communication with clients about opportunities and events Schedule, confirm, and check in clients for appointments Maintain organized and accurate records Create and maintain client electronic medical records Maintain professional communication with physicians and other service providers Verify insurance benefits and collect payments due at time of service Run monthly reports to support departmental goals and metrics Communicate client needs to appropriate team members Provide administrative support Collect and document financial transactions (payments, sales, donations) Update donor database and assist with donor communications Support cash and mail handling in alignment with internal controls Provide general support for all organization programs and events Assist executive leadership with tasks as assigned Other Job Duties Facilities support Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and front desk area Inventory and organize office supplies, merchandise, and equipment as needed Replenish clean dishes and laundry to support daily operational needs
