ARE YOU THE AQUATIC SUPERVISOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?

Do you excel in leadership roles and thrive in dynamic environments? If you answered "yes" to this question and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Aquatic Supervisor! 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent, while possessing a college degree is preferred 2+ years of experience in a swim school or similar environment where you work closely with families and children Ability to commit to afternoon and weekend shifts Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is highly valued

As an Aquatic Supervisor, you'll guide and inspire our team of instructors and office staff, conducting weekly meetings and providing top-notch training to promote their growth and development.
