First Placement Services is a growing staffing company seeking an organized, motivated, and people-focused Recruiter/ Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position combines recruiting, employee support, client communication, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, comfortable speaking with candidates and clients, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified candidates through Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities Coordinate onboarding, orientation, background checks, and required employment documents Imputing and processing employment applications into ATS Maintain accurate candidate and employee records Post and update job advertisements Respond to phone calls, emails, and candidate inquiries Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs, placements, attendance, and employee updates Assist with time sheets, payroll documentation, scheduling, and general data entry Follow up with candidates and employees throughout the hiring and placement process Support daily office operations and complete other administrative duties as needed Other responsibilities may apply Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate and write proficiently in English & Spanish Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with new candidates Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, online job boards, and social media Ability to handle confidential information professionally Staffing industry experience is required Bilingual skills in Spanish is a
