Job Description For:
Administrative Account Coordinator This position is responsible for the oversight and administrative follow through of ongoing customer relations, initial point of contact for outside inquiries, as well as general administrative tasks. On-hand training is provided, and a probationary period is granted to allow absorption of company specific aspects of work. An overview of everyday responsibilities and expectations are, but not limited to: Processing invoices in a timely manner Addressing customer concerns Sending service notifications via email and/or phone Answer phones, screen calls, and direct callers to the appropriate person Data entry, scanning and filing Processing new contracts Update various spreadsheets as required ensuring accuracy General administrative tasks Helpful skills & traits: Punctual Detail oriented Organized Team player Quick and efficient worker Written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly Willing to learn about the stormwater business Knowledge in the following areas is helpful: QuickBooks Pro Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio Administrative work Customer service Accounts receivable Wage and benefits include: Starting hourly wage: $26/hr. Fulltime position with potential for growth Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans 401K (Matching up to 6%) Paid time off (Holiday, Sick, and Vacation available)
