Compliance Specialist Matrix HG Inc - 5.0 Concord, CA Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $65,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Employee stock purchase plan Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Computer operation Microsoft Office Compliance reporting Payroll Compliance support tasks Productivity software Payroll record maintenance Office record organization Full Job Description Primary Function The Compliance Specialist is responsible for maintaining certified payroll administration and reporting, maintaining compliance (including but not limited to certified payroll, insurance, waiver, and executed subcontracts), and supporting the entire payroll process for Matrix Union employees. Major Responsibilities Maintains certified payroll records (CPR), including Matrix and customer 3rd party certified payroll tracking systems Coordination with subcontractors regarding their certified payroll reporting Maintains compliance and is the liaison between Matrix Departments and Subcontractor and/or Vendor for collecting compliance items Send out Progress/Final waivers to subcontractors and vendors. Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge
- Minimum of (1) year experience preparing certified payroll reports
- A working knowledge of LCP Tracker, DIR, eMars and Viewpoint Vista is a plus
- A working knowledge of union payroll preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently Other Information Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
