Regency staff positions are designed for knowledgeable and energetic individuals who share a passion for the construction industry. Staff members are expected to meet Ownership and Management objectives to achieve the highest quality of product and service for every project. The ideal applicant needs to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking individual who can communicate and work with others.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in the preparation, distribution, and management of project schedules and timelines. Act as a liaison between project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate communication.
Documentation Management :
Maintain and organize construction-related documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs, change orders, and invoices. Ensure all required documents are submitted, reviewed, and stored accurately and timely.
Compliance and Regulations:
Verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Assist with the submission and tracking of permits and licenses.
Administrative Support:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections. Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Team Collaboration:
Support the project management team in tracking project progress and deadlines. Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and team members promptly.
Problem Resolution:
Identify potential project risks and administrative challenges and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
Key Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction software such as Procore or Bluebeam. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and industry standards. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
