Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations in Culver City, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at keeping schedules organized, managing communications professionally, and ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and maintain organized scheduling for team activities and leadership needs.
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support by preparing documents, tracking tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with meeting logistics, including confirming appointments, distributing information, and following up on action items.
  • Help streamline office workflows by monitoring deadlines and ensuring routine administrative processes stay on track.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to support smooth coordination of business activities.
