Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator Tuesday through Saturday | Typically 35+ Hours Per Week About Us We are a family-owned luxury jewelry store that has proudly served the East Bay for over 50 years. We specialize in custom jewelry, engagement rings, fine diamonds, luxury watches, repairs, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a professional, dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys organization, technology, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Overview This is primarily a back-office administrative position . The majority of your day will be spent assisting with office operations, computer work, customer records, scheduling, and administrative projects. From time to time, you will assist customers on the sales floor as backup support when needed. If you enjoy staying organized, working independently, and being part of a small professional team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Manage customer records and administrative paperwork. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Enter and maintain accurate information in our computer system. Assist with inventory management and organization. Receive and accurately log jewelry repairs. Assist with social media and other office projects. Provide executive and administrative support to the business owner, including scheduling, coordinating projects, and other business-related tasks. Help keep the retail store organized and presentable. Occasionally assist customers on the sales floor when additional support is needed. Support the owner with day-to-day business operations. Qualifications Excellent computer and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and business information with discretion. Exceptional reliability and punctuality are required. Must love dogs. We have two friendly dogs that are part of our daily work environment, so being comfortable around dogs is essential. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
