We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality ISO Coordinator to support quality and compliance initiatives for a part-time opportunity with permanent potential based in El Segundo. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing quality administration, inspections, audits, and ISO-related processes within a manufacturing environment. The position offers 32 hours per week and plays a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate ISO-related activities, including internal audits, quality documentation, and customer rejection investigations. Perform quality audits and assist with maintaining compliance with company and quality standards. Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy. Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments and inspection gauges used throughout the facility. Track and control measuring equipment records, calibration schedules, and quality documentation. Assist with corrective action activities by documenting findings and supporting issue resolution. Partner with production and management teams to address quality concerns and improve processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain an effective quality management system. Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or ISO Coordination within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ISO standards, internal audits, and quality compliance processes. Experience conducting first article, in-process, and final inspections. Familiarity with calibration procedures, measuring instruments, and gauge control. Ability to investigate and document customer quality concerns and product rejections. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related documentation systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with production, management, and quality teams. Experience in a manufacturing, machine shop, aerospace, or industrial environment preferred. Knowledge of corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
