HOA Representative Onsite (Admin, Inspections & Vendor Coordination)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HOA Representative to serve as the face of our community onsite. This role combines administrative support, property inspections, vendor coordination, and resident relations to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the HOA. Duties Conduct regular property inspections to maintain community standards Meet with and coordinate vendors for services and projects Handle administrative and clerical tasks including filing, scheduling, and reporting Perform accurate data entry and record management Provide homeowner support and assist with inquiries Help prepare documents and notes for board meetings Qualifications Previous experience in HOA, property management, or administrative support preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Professional, dependable, and community-minded
