Arranges team efforts in order to accomplish target projects and activities meeting timeline and specified requirements. Provide counsel to other team members and staff regarding performance, attendance and other matters of concern to the staff. Acts as a guide for company practices and policies. Serves as a liaison between staff, management and other department on day-to-day issues Establishes and maintains effective interpersonal relationships with co-workers and other members of the clinic. Support payroll, hiring, accreditation, training, motivation, advice and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Medical Director. Support in scheduling medical agendas and organizing staff to support the operation.
