$50,000-$62,000 annually About the Role MEA Forensic Engineers & Scientists is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to assist our Project Coordinator team working full-time, in-person, at our Laguna Hills, CA office. In a fast-paced and challenging environment, this role requires initiative, a desire to learn, professionalism, resourcefulness, and the ability to multi-task. Salary & Benefits The annual salary is $50,000 to $62,000 , depending on skill and experience. $1,000 per month contribution toward health care plan premiums Safe Harbor 401(k) plan 3 weeks starting vacation, accrued annually 12 paid holidays per year Role & Responsibilities General Administration Answer phones Perform conflict searches Open files Prepare retainer agreements Mail distribution Reception, including couriers and visitors Log checks Archiving and scanning Travel and event coordination Other duties, as required Office Support Grocery shopping Coordinate lunches Order supplies Assist with office vendors General office organization Accounting Support Deposit checks Credit card reconciliations Prepare invoices Expense sheet and disbursement processing Collections Required Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States Strong oral and written English Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Typing and data entry skills Ability to lift 20-40 lbs Current driver's license Ability to work as part of a team and independently Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Post-secondary education Company Overview MEA Forensic is a multi-disciplinary forensic investigation firm that specializes in collision reconstruction, injury biomechanics, product and material failures, human factors, and aviation accidents for the legal and insurance industries.
