So, who are we looking for you might ask, well essentially the BEST! Rise Pet Health is seeking a highly motivated doctor's assistant to join our Internal Medicine service. Beyond industry standard customer service skills, internal medicine DAs work directly with the Internist and the team to create and discuss treatment plans for owners, collect payments, assist with daily clerical duties (performing call-backs, and client communications, etc.), and participate with entry-level technical skills where comfortable. Experience with and knowledge of the following internal medicine procedures as it relates to client communication and estimate creation is a strong plus: abdominal ultrasounds, endoscopies, laser lithotripsy procedures, tracheal stent placement, and more. We are also seeking someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate client communication. The schedule we are seeking is three 12 hours shifts Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7:30am

Working in a veterinary clinic can be demanding, and the ability to remain composed and work effectively under pressure is essential. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comforting environment for both the clients and their beloved pets, along with showcasing your strong clerical skills.

00/Hour base pay (commensurate w/experience) For RVTs we also offer a stipend of an additional $3/hr.
