Job Description We are looking for an Admin Coordinator, Music for a top entertainment company in Los Angeles, CA!
Pay rate:
$25-28/hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
Maintain complex calendar, contacts, and provide updates for SVP of Music. Screen heavy email volume, update internal to-do/call sheets, and arrange appropriate follow-ups. Schedule meetings and calls. Take notes during meetings as needed by SVP. Coordinate on-lot screenings and events. Research for projects as required. Maintain assets such as corporate documents, audio files, stems, demos, lyric sheets, budgets, cue sheets. Keep track of updates to all documents and assets per project. Track key dates in pre-production, production, and post-production schedules. Read scripts, create, track, and consistently update music breakdowns per project. Draft and distribute music briefs to major labels, publishers, and libraries across multiple projects. Audition and shortlist song replacements. Work closely with music editors and clearance team. Research and pitch artists, composers, producers for projects as needed. Monitor and understand music rights and deals for each project.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience Min 3 years Experience working with or supporting musicians or in the Music Supervisor space. Knowledge of music process from demo to final master.
