Job Description

Description We are seeking an organized and mission-driven Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and help ensure the smooth functioning of our nonprofit client. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about supporting programs, staff, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide administrative support to leadership, program staff, and other internal teams.

+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events, appointments, and travel arrangements.

+ Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other organizational documents.

+ Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for programs, donors, and office operations.

+ Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.

+ Support meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, note-taking, and follow-up items.

+ Answer phones, respond to emails, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

+ Help coordinate office supplies, vendor communication, and general operational needs.

+ Assist with special projects and provide cross-functional support as needed.

Requirements Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Previous administrative, office support, or nonprofit experience preferred.

+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

+ Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
