Role:
Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic financial services firm to hire an organized and detail-driven Administrative Coordinator. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you'll play a key part in coordinating operations, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring day-to-day processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications across departmentsServe as a central point of contact for administrative and operational needsAssist with project tracking, reporting, and process coordinationPrepare and edit reports, presentations, and client-facing materialsSupport onboarding logistics and internal team coordinationMaintain organized records, databases, and filing systemsHandle high-volume email and calendar management with competing prioritiesAssist leadership with special projects and workflow improvements
