Job Overview The Executive Coordinator supports the variety departments through administrative, sales, reservation, group booking, and operation functions. The role serves as a key liaison between guests, clients, sales managers, accounting, reservations, and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and manage sales calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Support hotel reservations and transient rate projects. Input and maintain group room blocks and reservation changes. Coordinate group and catering bookings. Prepare and distribute confirmations, rooming lists, BEOs, group resumes, and STR reports. Conduct room and meeting space inspections for site tours. Assist with accounting tasks such as reconciliation, commissions, billing, payments, filing, and credit card authorizations. Maintain accurate records in CRM and PMS system Support VIP arrivals with amenities, welcome gifts, and personalized service. Assist front desk operations when needed. Occasionally work evenings or weekends if needed. Perform other related duties and assist
General Manager Required Qualifications :
1+ year of hotel sales, catering, front desk, or hospitality experience. Strong customer service skills. Experience with, Sales contracts, BEO (Banquet Event Orders), Group Resumes, Group and catering events Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with StaynTouch PMS and/or STS is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills. Professional, outgoing, hospitality-focused personality.
