Job Summary An Administrative Coordinator opportunity is available in Selma, CA for a highly organized professional with strong office support, accounting support, and communication skills. This full-time, temp-to-hire role supports a growing organization with operations in property management, hospitality, and restaurant services. The Administrative Coordinator will serve as a key administrative resource for the management team, helping keep daily office operations running smoothly while also assisting with QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, reporting, scheduling, and communication. - Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, visitors, employees, vendors, and customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and administrative scheduling for the management team.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, correspondence, presentations, files, and office records.
- Handle accurate data entry, document organization, filing, and general office coordination.
- Assist with accounting support functions, including QuickBooks entries and bank reconciliations.
- Support management with special projects, operational initiatives, and cross-functional communication. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$22 to $24 per hour.- Job type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.

- 3+ years of administrative, office support, or similar professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using QuickBooks in an office or accounting support environment.
- Bank reconciliation experience is strongly desired for success in this role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
- Ability to work well with management, employees, vendors, and customers. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, restaurant operations, or a multi-entity business environment.
- Prior experience supporting accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance teams.
- Ability to create or maintain reports, spreadsheets, and administrative tracking tools.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with interest in long-term growth.
