Job Description

Job Summary:
With general direction from the Terminal Manager and Vice President of Operations, interacts with school district personnel, staff, and parents assisting in answering and directing phone calls and additional communications in the resolution of scheduling, transportation needs and issues. Position additionally requires multiple technology system management. This position is a non-exempt full time year round position.
Specific duties:
Will maintain close relations with the District and the public to ensure timely and efficient communication. Answering phones, taking messages, managing email, and handling correspondence. Oversee system communication management through consistent routing system push notifications. provides essential administrative support to individuals and/or departments within the organization. Contact parents and serve as a liaison between driver and parent for student behavior or concerns. Assists with Dispatching duties such as radio communications and labor management systems. Data Entry entering and managing data in spreadsheets or databases. Support satellite locations needs. Inspire a team atmosphere and ensure positive employee, client and pupil interaction. Investigating and respond to customer service complaints and employee concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:
Skills:
Strong PC skills written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills are essential to external and internal customers. Ability to deal with problems and find solutions. High School Diploma required, with training/education in above-mentioned areas Must be detail oriented and have the ability to document, research and solve discrepancies and processes Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software including Excel and Word Positive attitude, ethical, dependable, responsible with a professional appearance and mannerisms. Applicants must possess the skills necessary to express oneself orally in a logical comprehensive and intelligent manner. Must show strong organizational and leadership skills. Scheduling and setting priorities for work to be accomplished.
