THE BASICS OF THIS POSITION THE SCHEDULE

Our Administrative Installation Coordinator works from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday .

YOUR ROLE

Coordinating the clerical side of our installation projects, including scheduling and billing Scheduling client appointments for the sales team Contributing to basic marketing initiatives Managing office organization and inventory levels Helping out with additional responsibilities as needed

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Clerical experience Proficiency with computers and office software Preferred - office experience Preferred - experience updating and managing a database
