Registered Nurse RN Administrative Supervisor Per Diem

At Johnson Memorial Hospital the Administrative Nurse Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative support for the hospital. Responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, staffing, and supporting the nursing staff. What you will do In the Administrative Nurse Supervisor role, you support the overall hospital clinically and administratively. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the delivery of patient care .
Minimum Qualifications Education :
Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
Licensure :
Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
Certification :
BLS prior to hire. ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI (within one year of hire).
Experience :
Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required. Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.
Work Schedule :
Per Diem, Rotating Shifts Ministry/Facility Information Johnson Memorial Hospital and Home & Community Health Services provide a continuum of health care services to those living and working in north central Connecticut and western Massachusetts. The 92-bed hospital and home health and hospice agency have been anchor institutions in north central Connecticut for more than 100 years.
