Keep our books organized using QuickBooks and spreadsheets, and work smoothly with our CPA and accounting teams.

Help draft and manage contracts while overseeing day-to-day construction production — coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and acting as the go-to contact for our construction crews, general contractors, and sub-contractors.

Help us navigate local permitting, organize documents, and keep things moving with legal counsel and real estate partners to ensure smooth closings.

Industry Know-How:
A solid grasp of real estate, legal, contracts, construction, and accounting principles. Experience in construction production management or property management is a big plus, though not required.
Relevant Experience:
A few years in office management, bookkeeping, or a similar administrative role. Bonus points if you have experience as a legal secretary!
Proactive Vibe:
A "take-charge" attitude. You should be comfortable wearing a few different hats, keeping things strictly confidential, and handling yourself professionally on the phone.
Local:
You must be located within a 20-mile radius of the office. Pay & Perks Competitive base pay, plus performance-based incentives. Extra bonuses tied to successful real estate closings. Quarterly bonus reviews—the better the results, the more you can earn.
