Job Description
Administrative Coordinator - Telecom & IT SupportSirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator for a six-month contract opportunity in Lutz, Florida. This high-visibility position will provide administrative and operational support to Vice Presidents, Directors, and Telecom and IT departmental staff.
Support executives and departmental staff with scheduling, expense reports, document preparation, and administrative requests.
Create and update PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and project discussions.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, vendors, materials, and event logistics.
Meet vendors at building security and escort them through required access points.
Set up food and beverages and coordinate post-meeting cleanup.
Perform copying, scanning, filing, and other general office duties.
Assist with special assignments and departmental projects as needed.
Maintain professional, responsive communication with leadership, employees, vendors, and service providers.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.
Two to five years of administrative support or office coordination experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience preparing professional presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional demeanor when interacting with executives and vendors.
Ability to work fully onsite during the assigned schedule.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting executive leadership or an IT, telecom, utility, or technical department.
Experience processing expense reports and coordinating meetings, catering, events, or vendors.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an MVR review, NERC-compliant background screening, and drug screening.
