- Telecom & IT to join their team. Salary/Hourly Rate $22/hr
- $25/hr Position Overview The Administrative Coordinator
- Telecom & IT will work with limited supervision to perform a variety of administrative and coordination duties in support of the Telecom and IT leadership teams.
This role provides operational support to Vice Presidents, Directors, and departmental staff, assisting with document preparation, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and general office coordination. The position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact with leadership, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining efficient office operations. Responsibilities Of The Administrative Coordinator
- Telecom & IT Perform general administrative duties, including preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Process and track expense reports for leadership and departmental staff. Provide executive and team administrative support, including scheduling and managing administrative requests. Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and reports for leadership meetings and project discussions. Maintain general office operations, including copying, scanning, filing, and managing office tasks. Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare materials, and ensure proper room arrangement. Order catering, coordinate with vendors, and ensure proper delivery, setup, and cleanup of food and beverages. Meet vendors at building security, escort them through access points, and ensure facility compliance. Maintain professional interactions with internal leadership and external vendors. Support department operations with special assignments and projects. Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Coordinator

Telecom & IT:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of administrative support or office coordination experience. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to prepare professional presentations, spreadsheets, and reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Coordinator

Telecom & IT:
Experience supporting executive leadership or IT/technical departments. Experience coordinating meetings, catering, or vendor logistics. Education Requirements High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
