Job Full Description We are working with a commercial real estate team in Sarasota that is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support marketing, operations, and transaction activities.
Schedule:
Full-time Compensation:
$23-$25/hour
Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will support day-to-day operations for a busy commercial real estate team, assisting with marketing initiatives, transaction coordination, and administrative tasks. This is a multi-functional role ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM database, including updating and organizing contacts and mailing lists Coordinate email marketing campaigns and social media posts (including LinkedIn) Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and listing packages Assist with listing coordination, including launching new properties to market Schedule showings, meetings, and property inspections Support transaction processes, including documentation and due diligence tracking Maintain calendars, timelines, and critical dates for active deals Respond to email inquiries and coordinate communication with clients and brokers Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, marketing, or coordination experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn Familiarity with CRM systems or contact management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to adapt and manage shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Real estate experience or license preferred but not required Experience with marketing platforms or tools is a plus

Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and solution-focused Strong time management and prioritization skills Professional and collaborative demeanor Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
