Job Summary At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Administrative Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations by managing workflows, improving systems and procedures, handling supplies and budgets, supporting meetings and communications, resolving administrative issues, coordinating with technical and delivery services, and completing various clerical and project-based tasks. They also support reporting, maintain records, and ensure alignment with management goals while fostering strong relationships with staff and clients.
Requirements:
Job Responsibilities Maintains workflow by analyzing processes, reducing costs, and developing reporting procedures. Creates and revises systems by evaluating practices, software use, and implementing changes. Manages office supplies, vendor payments, facility needs, and administrative expenses. Coordinates with tech support for office equipment and handles courier/FedEx shipments. Schedules meetings, answers phones, maintains records, prepares agendas, and archives notes. Assists with reports, presentations, mail, and delivery processing. Resolves admin issues by analyzing data, identifying solutions, and communicating effectively. Builds rapport with customers, managers, and staff by improving services and solving workflow issues. Oversees admin productivity and ensures alignment with management goals. Maintains operational continuity by documenting actions, identifying irregularities, and addressing needs. Completes tasks like filing, scanning contracts, and processing submittals and closeouts. Supports department goals by completing related tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Required. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years working in an administrative role is preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer.
