GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will support the office with a variety of responsibilities, including administrative, HR, and office coordination tasks. This individual will assist both the HR and Operations teams in efficiently organizing and supporting high-volume activities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. They will provide general administrative support, manage daily scheduling needs, and help ensure a smooth and professional office environment. Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): [PHARM Core 25 (d)] Provide administrative assistance in personnel file document organization, preparing on- boarding documents, employee engagement events, and more. Assist in coordinating and facilitating interviews and New Hire Orientation. Assist with design and execution of engagement, wellness, and retention events. Manage supply inventory, equipment, and maintenance of supply closet. Provide direct administrative support as needed, including mailing and shipping packages. Help with general HR questions and requests and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution. Assist with making travel arrangements. Assist with annual benefits open enrollment process. Other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Training:
High School Diploma Required. Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent experience preferred. 2.
Professional Experience:
1-3 years of experience in human resources, administration, or office management preferred. Solid expertise prioritizing and multi-tasking. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. 3.
Licenses/Certifications:
n/a 4. Specialized Skills Collaborative team member with excellent organization skills, attention to detail and strong sense of urgency and follow through. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with scheduling appointments and booking travel. Supply management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Motivated and meticulous. Team player with a collaborative working style. Strong interest in healthcare and technology industries Ability to manage multiple projects at once 5.
Technical Skills:
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 6.
Additional Considerations:
