Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Assist with attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related administration. Maintain and update company HR policies and procedures. Provide administrative and operational support to management. Support general office administration and employee-related matters. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Advanced English proficiency required. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; candidates with 2-3 years of HR or administrative experience are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
