Role Overview The Administrative Assistant & Client Coordinator position is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in creating a polished, welcoming, and efficient experience. This role supports advisors, manages administrative workflows, and helps keep the office running smoothly. As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in delivering the welcoming, professional, and caring experience that defines our firm. What You'll Do First Impression

  • Greet clients, manage phones, and maintain a warm, professional environment. Administrative support
  • Schedule appointments, manage CRM updates and management, coordinate reminders, and support review processes. Office operations
  • Handle mail, supplies, Zoom setup, and general office organization. Event coordination
  • Assist with client and team events throughout the year. Communications
  • Support email communications and light website updates.
