Type:

full-time Quality Manager We're partnering with a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer to identify an experienced Quality Manager for one of its Indiana manufacturing facilities. This leadership role is responsible for driving quality performance, leading the plant quality team, maintaining compliance with automotive quality standards, and serving as the primary quality contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all plant quality activities and quality personnel
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements
  • Oversee APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and internal/external audits
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and production to improve quality and reduce defects
  • Interface directly with automotive customers regarding quality performance and issue resolution
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Quality Management experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, Core Tools, and customer quality requirements
  • Experience leading customer audits and managing quality systems
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility
