Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Coordinator role based in Bloomington, IN. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with customer service inquiries, coordinating schedules, maintaining organized files & records, and light bookkeeping processes. Effective communication, organization, and maturity are key to ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent client services. Must understand & respect client confidentiality. Qualifications Strong Written & Oral Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage schedules, files, and general office operations effectively Basic understanding and experience in bookkeeping to support client and office tasks. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities Proficient in Outlook & Excel. Quickbooks experience helpful. High level of attention to detail and reliability Prior experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role is a plus Must have reliable transportation to run weekly office errands.Similar remote jobs
