Executive Director Join Our Mission The Clark County Homeless Coalition (CCHC) is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and compassionate Office Administrative Coordinator to support our mission of providing shelter, housing, and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys variety in their work. The successful candidate will combine strong administrative skills with creativity, technical ability, and a heart for serving vulnerable populations. Position Summary The Office Administrative Coordinator serves as the administrative hub of the organization while supporting communications, fundraising, facility operations, and client services. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, maintaining organizational systems, supporting donor engagement, and assisting with outreach and marketing efforts. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations Maintain the donor database by entering accurate information, generating acknowledgment letters, and coordinating mailings. Answer and professionally manage the organization's central phone system, directing calls and providing information as appropriate. Conduct monthly inspections of the emergency shelter and transitional housing units to identify maintenance, cleaning, and supply needs. Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion. Order office, program, and facility supplies with Executive Director approval. Maintain organized inventory of donations and supplies, ensuring items are properly logged, stocked, and distributed. Marketing and Communications Design, update, and maintain the organization's website. Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms. Assist the Executive Director with fundraising campaigns, donor communications, newsletters, mailings, and community outreach materials. Technology Support Provide basic troubleshooting and support for office computers, printers, software, and other technology. Coordinate with outside IT providers when necessary. Client and Community Support Welcome visitors and provide compassionate assistance to individuals seeking services. Connect clients with appropriate staff members and community resources. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. Additional Responsibilities Participate in organizational events and fundraising activities. Assist with special projects as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of CCHC. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two years of administrative office experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with website management and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Basic troubleshooting knowledge of office technology. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and commitment to serving individuals experiencing homelessness. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with nonprofit organizations. Knowledge of donor database or CRM systems. Graphic design experience using Canva or similar software. Experience with fundraising or donor communications.
