Department DCE-Conservation and Energy Division Office of Enforcement Opening Date 09/24/2026 Closing Date 10/7/2026 11:59 PM Central About this Job Office of Enforcement - Orders The Office of Enforcement (OENF) is dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting public and environmental interests through rigorous inspection programs, timely enforcement actions and transparent oversight. The Office emphasizes proactive monitoring, consistent regulatory enforcement and transparent reporting. Its operations are designed to uphold compliance standards, swiftly address violations and maintain trust and accountability within Louisiana's regulated community. This position performs a variety of clerical duties that are routine in nature in support of the staff members and/or operations of an organizational unit or program. An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies:

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: To perform a variety of clerical duties that are routine in nature in support of the staff members and/or operations of an organizational unit or program. Employees usually follow detailed instructions or procedures. Very limited, if any, discretion is required in the performance of these duties. Performs routine filing and scanning of documents and maintains filing systems. Copies and/or distributes correspondence, reports, and other documents. Receives cash, checks, credit cards, vouchers, or departmental charges from customers and/or employees in payment for goods or services. May operate various office equipment (such as a copy machine, calculator) that requires no special knowledge or previous training. Performs related duties as assigned.
