We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator 4 to serve as the first point of contact at the agency, creating a welcoming environment for clients, patients, and visitors and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will: Greet troopers, visitors, and staff with kindness and professionalism Check in all visitors, verify their information, and assist with completing any necessary paperwork Answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information about Fleet services Coordinate and update appointments using our scheduling system to keep things running smoothly Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment Support the Fleet team with everyday office tasks like data entry, filing, mail distribution, and general administrative support

Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Compensation:
