Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals with direct care experience who are interested in a promotional opportunity to develop supervisory and leadership skills within the in-home, non-medical waiver setting . This role is ideal for direct care professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career while continuing to support individuals in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and oversee direct care staff in the in-home setting Assist with scheduling, training, and staff support Ensure services are delivered in compliance with waiver requirements Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to direct care team members Communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency leadership
Qualifications:
Previous experience in direct care services required Interest in leadership and supervision Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and problem-solve Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) non-medical waiver services
