About Us Neighborhood Golf Carts is a growing golf cart repair and service business specializing in electric (and gas) golf carts. We provide high-quality diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades—including lithium battery conversions—for residential, commercial, and fleet customers. We're looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant / Service Coordinator who enjoys customer communication and keeping a busy service shop organized. Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant / Service Coordinator to support our front office and service team. This role focuses on customer communication, scheduling support, estimate follow-up, and day-to-day office organization. If you're clear on the phone, detail-oriented, and like helping a shop run smoothly, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and help customers with questions, scheduling, and status updates Support estimate preparation and follow up with customers on pending approvals Coordinate scheduling and pickup/delivery communication as needed Keep job information organized in our shop systems Assist with general front-office and administrative tasks Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Escalate complex or technical questions to the appropriate team member Requirements Strong phone and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage follow-ups Comfortable learning new software and shop processes Able to work independently and as part of a small team Available for a full-time weekday schedule at our Covington location Prior office, front-desk, or service-business experience is a plus Industry experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time weekday schedule Training on our systems and processes Opportunity to grow with a busy local service business Supportive team environment focused on quality customer service If you're organized, professional on the phone, and take pride in keeping things from falling through the cracks, apply today.
