Administrative Coordinator, BU Residence Life  Category Charles River Campus --> Professional Job Location Boston, MA, United States Tracking Code 26500118400928 Posted Date 10/2/2026 Salary Grade Grade 00 Expected Hiring Range Minimum $21.33 Expected Hiring Range Maximum $28.64 The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Type Full-Time/Regular Responsible for the daily administration of the hall/area Residence Life office. Coordinate the reception area, provide services and information to resident students, staff, contractors, faculty, guests and visitors. Perform a variety of administrative tasks to assist in the provision and maintenance of clean and functional living, study, and recreational spaces. Assist the Residence Hall Director and/or Area Director with student move-in and move-out processes. Required Skills High school diploma with additional coursework, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and one year of related experience.
