Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This part-time position will begin at three days per week , with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and performance. This role requires shifts on Monday night, Tuesday night & Friday nights.

. As a key contributor to our front-of-house operations, the Front Desk Supervisor ensures smooth and efficient service. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent customer service and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone Promote center features, specials, promotions, and upcoming events Operate and troubleshoot POS systems and lane controls Handle transactions accurately, including gift certificates and coupons Music Awareness to the guests currently in the center Complete opening and closing duties Staff Leadership & Operations Supervise and support Front Desk Attendants, Runners, Snack Bar & Pit Crew Maintain operational efficiency and ensure staff stay on task Assist with training and performance expectations Identify staff projects and oversee task completion Exhibit leadership, professionalism, strong communication, and reliability Perform other duties as assigned League Coordination Coordinate league preparations, including lane assignments and practice timing Oversee and process league payments accurately Facility Presentation & Safety Ensure a clean, organized, and guest-friendly environment Enforce safety rules and monitor for violations Join us as a Front Desk Supervisor where your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences every day!
