5 x 8 hourDays Pay:
$32•$35/hour duration: 12 mnoths Duties Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk activities and multi-line phone systems to ensure prompt and courteous communication. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting clients, and maintaining positive relationships. Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings for staff and management. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document integrity. Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing multi-line phone systems to provide professional support. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years' experience in an administrative, PA, coordinator, or operations role supporting senior leaders or project teams. Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is beneficial. Proven ability to provide proactive, high-quality support with minimal day-to-day direction. Comfortable managing calendaring tools, room booking systems, and information management softwareTechnical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint Online, Concur, Coupa, and virtual meeting platforms preferred.Pay:
