Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Towson, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in a company that makes a real difference in people's lives every day. - Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to support office efficiency and workflow
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination for staff and clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases in compliance with home health care standards
- Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and caregiver credentialing processes
- Support billing, payroll coordination, and data entry tasks as needed
- Collaborate with care coordinators and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in home health care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude
