    ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Towson, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in a company that makes a real difference in people's lives every day.     Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to support office efficiency and workflow
    • Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination for staff and clients
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
    • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases in compliance with home health care standards
    • Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and caregiver credentialing processes
    • Support billing, payroll coordination, and data entry tasks as needed
    • Collaborate with care coordinators and management to ensure seamless service delivery
    Requirements:
    • Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in home health care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
    • Compassionate, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude

    Compensation:
