Job Description
What to expect: Manages the daily administrative operations of Day Hospitals and IOPs at Towson and Baltimore Washington campuses. Supervises all office support staff. Develops and administers consistent office support procedures, workflow, and admission and billing procedures and practices. Assists Director in a number of reviews, including efforts to reduce bad debt, to assure that record keeping complies with licensing, regulatory and accreditation agencies, to improve workflow and communication with referring units, and similar projects. Assures prompt research and resolution of problems and complaints. Monitors billing documentation, co-pay collection, and other critical statistics.
