Job Description The Administration and Communications Coordinator supports the vision and mission of Partners by providing a broad range of administrative assistance to the US office and Executive Team to support efficient operation of the organization. Communications & Administration Nurture supporter relationships through phone calls, emails, and written responses to queries and donations as directed Manage daily office tasks including mail collection and stocking office supplies Support the hygiene of Partners' donor CRM through data clean-up, updating donor information, and strengthening automated processes Distribute shipping orders and mailings of publications for supporters and the fundraising team as directed Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Track and manage merchandise inventory Provide administrative support to communications, finance, and fundraising teams as requested Provide administrative planning support as needed for in-person engagement events Assist Executive Team members with travel bookings, scheduling meetings, expense claims, and reminders as requested Assist the Chief Executive Officer with day-to-day tasks as requested Staff Development Attend weekly Partners staff meeting, when possible. Attend periodic all-staff gatherings as requested. Communicate any training needs to your manager or HR leader. Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred Fluency in English 2-5 years of related experience General computer ability, such as creating documents, spreadsheets, emails, etc. Time management and problem-solving skills Interpersonal and communication skills Team player Motivated, has initiative, and can work independently Flexible and patient Detail-oriented Legally authorized to work in the United States.
