Senior Administrative Coordinator

Description Position Overview We are seeking a experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to support business operations and drive organizational efficiency across a professional office environment. This position acts as a central resource for coordinating workflows, managing departmental processes, and ensuring administrative functions run smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and enjoys taking ownership of projects while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee a variety of administrative and operational activities. Manage departmental processes, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support leadership by monitoring priorities, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across teams. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks. Assist with budgeting, expense reporting, invoice processing, and vendor coordination. Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business records. Identify opportunities to improve administrative procedures and office workflows. Serve as a resource for employees, vendors, and external business partners. Support office initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional team activities. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information. Requirements Qualifications 4+ years of experience in administrative coordination, business operations, project support, or office administration. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and follow-through. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience coordinating projects, processes, or operational initiatives. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Professional demeanor and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
