As we continue to grow, we're looking for the right person to join our team as an Administrative & Licensing Coordinator . Marine industry experience is helpful but not required. The technical aspects of the position can be taught. What we're really looking for is someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn. We're looking for someone who: Can work independently in a quiet environment and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision Has excellent organizational and communication skills Pays close attention to detail Is self-motivated and dependable Has a continuous improvement mindset and enjoys finding better ways to do things Maintains a positive, professional attitude and works well with others Values teamwork, accountability, and respect Responsibilities will include: USCG licensing administration Learning Management System (LMS) administration Revising and maintaining controlled documents Writing audit and survey reports Conducting
ISO 9001
