Administrative Service Coordinator Location:
Sikeston, MO (On-site only
  • No Remote)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Salary Range:
Mid to High $30,000, low-mid 40s, negotiable based on education and experience Position Summary This position requires advanced skills in support management, human resources, compliance, finance, program operations, and office administration. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Candidates selected for an interview must be prepared to demonstrate skills and experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by leadership.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files and employment records.
  • Coordinate employee training, orientations, and staff development activities.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate vendor payments and maintain administrative records.
  • Support grant documentation and administrative reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding agency requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
Preferred Experience Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit, healthcare, public health, or human services organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Maintain organizational Databases and contact lists. Excellent customer service, time management, and communication (written and verbal) skills. Experience with grants or federally funded programs a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in supporting Executive leadership. Prepare agendas, meeting materials, correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems in compliance with organizational policies. Experience in marketing and resource material development is a plus. Education Requirements Associate's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or a related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
