What You Will Do:
The Firm Support Lead role is responsible for demonstrating excellent organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and gaining efficiencies, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly detailed position that requires strong adherence to quality control standards. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items listed below. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Manage executive calendars and related scheduling Coordinate professional travel for executives Draft invoices to clients based upon instructions from executives Develop, format, and edit letters, reports, and other documents in Microsoft applications Review PowerPoint presentations for grammar, clarity, formatting, and flow. Enhance PowerPoint presentations with graphics and layout while following firm templates Communicate with clients to schedule meetings and follow up on information requests and unpaid invoices Use extensive knowledge of internal business practices and priorities to proactively respond to daily issues and requests as authorized, keeping executives apprised of critical issues Organize, schedule and support the CHC team lunch and learn activities Support partners and presenters in coordinating CHC billing and CFO training programs, including scheduling, timelines, and communications Coordinate the preparation, organization, and distribution of training agendas, presentations, participant materials, and related resources Work with partners and internal firm services personnel to coordinate invoicing and other administrative requirements for CHC training programs Coordinate post-event follow-up, including participant communications, distribution of materials, and completion of outstanding administrative items Provide administrative support for the CHC Best Practices Group, including meeting scheduling, agenda and materials preparation, participant communications, and coordination with internal firm services personnel Provide administrative assistance to partners for special projects Support liaison and coordination between internal and external stakeholders Cross-train on other administrative functions
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of related administrative experience Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree
