Plant Administrative Coordinator Location:
Shannon What are your main tasks? Coordinate day-to-day plant administrative activities, including scheduling, documentation, and general plant support. Create Supplier Relationship Management entries (SRMs) in SAP. Ensure timely processing and follow-up of invoices, resolving discrepancies as needed. Monitor and drive closure of open Purchase Orders (POs) with plant users. Support inventory control, including tracking and reconciliation in SAP. Assist with plant communications, reporting, and projects. Perform administrative responsibilities at the plant level in accordance with established procedures, company policies, and internal controls. Provide administrative support to leadership across all departments, including operations, procurement, finance, and human resources. Support interview/ onboarding coordination, and plant employee engagement activities. Identify and support improvements to administrative processes within the plant. What are your qualifications?Hard Skills:
SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience preferred, but not required Basic understanding of accounting concepts (e.g., invoicing, accruals) is a plus, but not required Intermediate Excel skills.Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive mindset with the ability to follow through on tasks and responsibilities.
