•Job Summary and Qualifications

•The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical operational and administrative oversight for all departments in the absence of the Managers and Directors.

Essential Accountabilities:

+ Coordinates Patient Placement

+ Serves as administrative Liaison

+ Responsible for Staffing

+ Other Duties as assigned

•What qualifications you will need:

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing +

Preferred Education:

Master's Degree +

Required License:

Must have and maintain current license as a registered nurse in North Carolina or one of the compact states as defined by North Carolina Board of Nursing, and must have and maintain current BCLS. +

Preferred Certifications:

Specialty Certification in Leadership from National Organization +

Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with 2 years of supervisory or management experience +

Preferred Experience:

Critical Care nursing experience
