COPY LINK link Adecco is currently hiring for Administrative Document Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. Pay rate: $25-30 per hour Administrative Document Coordinator Creates, formats, edits, and manages documents (from existing templates) such asmercial lease agreements, lease amendments, contracts, and related agreements. Ensures accuracy, maintains version control, ads to templates and secure sensitive information; often acting as a bridge between departments to ensure standardized documentation, filing, and maintaining protocols. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Key Responsibilities 1.
Document Creation & Formatting:
Draft, edit, proofread, and format documents such as leases, lease amendments and reports, using pre-designed templates and Microsoft Office software systems. 2.
Version Control & Management:
Organize, label, and file electronic and physical documents, ensuring only the most current versions are accessible. 3.
Quality Control:
Review documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, andpliance with corporate templates or regulatory standards. 4.
Template Maintenance:
Create, update, and manage document templates to ensure consistency across theanization. 5.
Support & Coordination:
Assist with documentation workflows during projects, audit prep, or daily operational tasks. [1, 2, 5, 6, 7] Required Skills and Qualifications 1.
Strong Writing & Editing Skills:
Exceptionalmand of grammar, punctuation, and professional writing styles. 2.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems (e.g., Point, OnBase). 3. Attention to
Detail:
Meticulous focus on accuracy for proofreading and filing. 4.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to create and maintain efficient, logical filing systems. 5.
Confidentiality:
Ability to manage sensitive and privileged information securely.
Pay Details:
