Responsibilities:
Support and assist Food & Beverage Front of House leaders with administrative tasks. Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning, and endeavor to be organizationally savvy with a keen focus on detail. Be one of the first points of contact for incoming reservation calls, and respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers. Maintain Food & Beverage software, BevSpot, Micros, and OpenTable. Serve as a liaison between Food & Beverage leadership, culinary team, banquets, and other hotel departments Create and maintain special event flyers and signage using Canva and Avery. Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs. Maintain department calendars and important deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurants preferred. Proficient knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite. Micros system experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
